Theft

Sportingbet just took my own money when I deposited R1 000.00 I got a welcome bonus as well of R1 000.00 According to the bonus I had to bet R10 000.00 before I can withdraw anything. Then after a few bets I had R1639.99 left in my account and my account got blocked. I could stake any amount. I asked for help. With the helpline chat on the mobile app, the person told me the limit on my stake was removed I can bet again, it didn't work so I asked for help again. Then they advise me to reinstall the app. After I did that, when I logged back in there was R0.00 in my account left. I contacted them. There is no answer? They cant explain nothing. They just told me it is a business decision.
