Made an Instant EFT deposit of R50 on a Saturday but they said funds are not in their account I must wait 3 working days, then I did that I contact their rude customer care agents who are rude and clearly don't know anything about customer care (Sizinikiwe, Axolile and Sheila all the names of the rude agents for sportingbet that don't know anything about customer care). I called my bank and my bank confirmed that funds were cleared and even gave me the account for sportingbet from FNB that the deposit went into but these rude agents just say " UNFORTUNATELY WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE FUNDS" then end the live chat without any further explaination. SPORTINGBET IS JUST A **** and i regret ever joing this stupid betting app.
