Sportingbet limiting bets

A great experience was spoiled last week when Sportingbet limited my bets to R18 maximum! I have had 3 phone-call conversations and half a dozen chats to try find out why. I received an email stating that it was because either a) I bet on both sides of an outcome or b) I was betting along with someone else. a) is ludicrous. I have checked my bets and it is simply not the case and if it was, and they have their math right, I couldn't win. As for b) I have no idea what they are inferring. In a further conversation I was told the traders noticed irregular betting patterns, but I am not allowed to discuss this with the traders. I am left with the only realistic reason for the limit; namely because I am winning a small amount at the moment. They have offered to revisit the limits in the future but quite how, when I can only bet R18 a time, I don't know. My advice is do not open account as if you are winning they will stop you playing. They only want losing accounts. Yes, they are within their T&C but not acting in good faith. I will be closing my account.
