Poor service from Sportingbet

I had terrible experience with sportingbet,just after I deposited the money into my account. I deposited R200 and played with R50,the next time I tried to login my account was suspended and they asked for my documents every time I asked when are they resolving my issue until they told me they can't resolve my issue until I send them proof of my deposit. The issue is I bought the slip from another store which I don't remember the date. And even to this date I can't be helped
