Money not paid to my account

I have made a withdrawal of R1000 on the 22nd of July I have not received my money even today, they asked me to submit my bank statement of my savings account and I did make times (I have proof) I called many times and each consultant telling me the same thing that I must submit bank statement and I told them I have,they asked me to go to my bank which is FNB I have not received the money my bank confirmed and asked them to go and search it on missing payments and I have told them that they still claim they sent it and I have proof that I didn’t not receive it.I requested another R500 to be paid on my account but a Cheque account from FNB that one was cleared same time ,this goes to show that sporting-bet needs to go to their and search for the missing payment which I think they made a mistake now they don’t want to l.help me get my money R1000 is a lot
