Holding on to funds and delay tactics to pay out

Two months ago I placed a bet as a new customer on their site. I used my credit card to transfer funds with no problems. I won the bet and my winnings were added to my account. Since that day I have not been able to draw the funds out the account and the company has app**** every delay tactic in the book to constantly not pay me back stating that they now need to verify my card details. After sending all details through and being advised that my account was cleared and the transfer can continue, I was dismayed at the next e-mail stating that they \randomly do security checks"and my account needed to be verified again. After sending through the information again I have been advised that the information is not good enough as my card has expired and they require a colour photograph of the expired card. THIS CARD HAS BEEN SHREDDED AS IT HAS EXPIRED. I then sent a statement through with all the details on and they do not want to accept it"
