We are aware of the issue Capitec customers are experiencing and I can guarantee you we are working on fixing this with the highest priority. At Sportingbet, we process payments initiated by customers, we do not have the ability to debit accounts (similarly to what you would experience with a financial services provider). We have, from previous experience, asked customers to contact their bank to reverse the second transaction to ensure your balance returns to normal. This has proven to be successful so I urge you to do the same, please.
I will also be calling you to go through the steps in detail so to ensure this issue is resolved ASAP.
