FICA tempering to force EFT malfunction on withdrawals and lack of customer care
You cannot use EFT withdrawals anymore if you are an *** passport holder they alter your lawful valid FICA details causing a deliberate mismatch so that the system only allows you eWallet limited to R3000 per withdrawal saving them from bulk withdrawals. This sucks. Customer support is useless.
