Delayed Withdrawal Requests

This has been a really poor experience with Sportingbet. The withdrawal process is extremely slow and cumbersome. After I was repeatedly told the internal review process takes 24-48 hours, only after the 48 hours was I advised that I need to submit more documentation. There’s very little communication or indication when this will be finalised. At this point, I’m not convinced this withdrawal request will be processed any time soon. It feels like a delay tactic.
