Bad to Worst Experience

I have previously posted regarding my experience which was horrifying. I was then contacted and what I thought to be a reasonable and fair settlement was proposed to me in the circumstances.

Shortly thereafter, Sportingbet came back with another version. Sportingbet advertisers that unverified accounts may only play a maximum of 20 000. However after my UNVERIFIED account went close to R200 000, did they decide to block my account and withhold the funds. I only ever requested to be given a fair gaming opportunity. I’ve never asked them to open reimburse but rather open my account it can be FAIR. On their own version, they conceded that there system had an error.

I am exhausting every possible remedy to sort this issue out. I even tried to have a frank discussion, nothing has been coming. My attorney is being given false information and they keep blaming third parties who they conclude with.

I’ve tried on many occasions just to speak to any person at SPORTINGBET.

Only when I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter and wanted to be off assistance to other people not be treated in this manner did I receive some form of communication which is now retracted unilaterally.

I have tried to mediate it this situation , I was even willing to remove my Hello Peter comments and just go on. I have come to a stage where I will ensure that this matter is resolved in the correct manner. I cannot allow this company to defame me.

Please contact me for more details. I see a lot of complaints regarding debits and withholding of monies which I think is the case. I mean they cannot follow their own policy and admit that there own GEO system has an error.

I am calling on Carl and Tyrone to either have a proper discussion with me (with my attorney). I have been blocked on all their numbers. Even the call center does not assist. Let’s be fair.
