There was a time when playing was actually fun. You could enjoy the games, have a bit of excitement and walk away feeling like you were participating in something entertaining.

Now? It feels like the experience has completely changed.

It has gone from “let’s have some fun” to “deposit and lose instantly.”

You put money in and it can feel like it’s gone before you’ve even had a chance to enjoy yourself. You deposit again, lose again, and eventually you start asking yourself: What exactly am I getting out of this?

Aviator especially has become incredibly frustrating from my experience. It can feel like the game is simply sucking players dry, leaving you constantly chasing losses while the enjoyment disappears completely.

And then there is the way customers are apparently treated when they complain.

You raise concerns in the chat and instead of feeling heard, you can feel like you’re being treated as a problem. Accounts can be banned and customers are told they “violated the rules,” but where is the proper explanation? Which rule? What exactly did the customer do? Why wasn’t it clearly communicated?

The apparent inconsistency makes it even worse. Some people can use emojis and behave certain ways in the chat without consequences, while someone else can do something similar and suddenly get banned. Why are the rules seemingly different for different people?

If a rule exists, apply it equally to everyone.

Customers should not feel like they have to stay quiet because speaking up might result in a ban or restriction.

And that’s the biggest problem for me: the trust is gone.

What was once entertaining now feels like:

DEPOSIT → LOSE → DEPOSIT → LOSE → REPEAT.

The fun disappears. The frustration increases. The money disappears. And when you question what is happening, you can feel like nobody wants to listen.

Sportingbet needs to remember that behind every deposit is a real person and real money.

Players deserve clear rules, consistent enforcement, proper explanations and respectful customer service.

I cannot speak for every player, but this is how my experience has made me feel.

Sportingbet went from something that could actually be fun to something that, from my perspective, feels like depositing money just to watch it disappear.
