Aviator - TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE. GAME GLITCHES/CHEATS

THE AVIATOR GAME IS COMPLETELY HOPELESS. UNRESPONSIVE AT THE WORST OF TIMES AND BUGS OUT QUITE OFTEN.

IT HAPPENED SO OFTEN, I HAVE SCREEN RECORDINGS WITH PROOF.

Even though I was able to make a quick buck... It absolutely could have been much more if not for the TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE.

Several times the game lies about the multiplier and then shows the correct multiplier in the history after the round. SCREEN RECORDING ATTACHED.

Also several times the game becomes unresponsive and you aren't able to cash out at all - BUTTON STAYS DISABLED... SCREEN RECORDING ATTACHED.

In one round, I bet R4 and R8. I had stopped the R4 bet around 12x multiplier, and my R8 bet around 18x multiplier.

The game was so unresponsive and buggy that my R4 bet only cashed out at 19.68x and my R8 bet did not get cashed out at all! Screenshot attached!

It's absolutely absurd that you guys are running this game with its issues!

I am willing to solve this amicably but will report it to the National Gambling Board or South Africa Bookmakers' Association if there is no response/resolution in the next few days.
