Alroy ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sportingbet ⭐
This last week has been a frustrating one, as on numerous occasions a selection within my multi bet "is no longer available" which ultimately prevents me from cashing out, this is due to the traders discretion. My issue was that the trading team could see my bet was winning so they removed the cash out, just so happens that one selection I had, lost in the 88th minute due to an equalizer. My point is, there was no way that the cash out should've been locked as the market itself was still available to bet on.
Due to my frustration I reached out to the customer support team, and dealt with the agent Alroy. He was extremely understanding and more than willing to listen, he is professional and knew exactly what my issue was and how best to De escalate it, many thanks to Mr Alroy for his incredible assistance. If I could give two ratings I'd give Sportingbet ⭐ and Alroy a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's as if a stock market trader prevents you from taking a position but allows other people to take a position on the exact same stock. For a real life example (which turned out to be *******) Robin hood prevented people from cashing out Gamestop stock but still allowed people to buy Gamestop stock. I honestly do not see how the two separate incidents are any different from each other.
Either remove cash outs entirely or allow it to continue without intervention from the traders, I know for fact so many people have been *****ed over by "traders discretion", my point is, traders either have way too much oversight into bets or they've been directed to lock bets that stand to win potential big payouts. My suspicion is that Sportingbet indeed make a ton of money from preventing cash outs and then hide behind the veil that is "traders discretion". It may not be ******* but it sure is beyond *********.
