Account blocked after trying to withdraw

My account got blocked after trying to withdraw my winnings, I’ve completed wagering the 1st deposit bonus and i’ve comp**** with every rule but they’re telling me I’ve violated their rules and when i ask them which rule did I violate their not specific. Now they’re telling me that they will just refund me the money I’ve deposited..
