Absolutely not what is advertised on tv
If I could give 0 stars I would... They advertise on tv that they have instant fast payouts, but it takes days for them just to verify you. Then when you get a deposit bonus, like in my case i deposited R500 and got R500 bonus I could only withdraw(one day when they finally verify my submitted documents) R500 out of R2000? I took a gamble on them, and there are better websites out there, who actually pays there winnings.

17 Jul 2020, 17:58I am going to own up and admit i did not read the terms of the bonus as there is a wager. But the instant payouts as advertised is not true as i can not still withdraw my money. (My documents are still being checked)

21 Jul 2020, 11:34Well it is still not really good enough, i wanted to withdraw my money last week thursday, it is now tuesday and i am still waiting. On lottostar it took half a day and i had my money. I am sorry but on your tv add it sounds like you somehow give instant payments

We can confirm that we have had your sped your withdrawal up, for the inconvenience you have incurred with both the delay in your withdrawal and the verification of your account.
Your withdrawal from yesterday, 20 July 2020, will be processed later today, and as such should then be available to you in your bank account within the next 24 to 48 hours. (Standard withdrawal time is 2 to 4 working days)
There can be some confusion the instant payout or settlement which happens almost instantly upon completion of the event you placed your bet upon, with withdrawals from your account with us, which can take take 2 to 4 working days.
We did try calling you several times today to discuss the matter further.
