Harassed by cab driver while in Cape Town

I requested a cab on the evening of July the 16th around19:30. Once I got into the cab (parked on Longmarket st) and specified where I was headed the driver asked me how much I've paid before. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost R200 from where I was (Cnr Longmarket & 91 Loop street) to lower campus UCT (specifically Woolsack Dr, Rondebosch). I contested and told him I'd made this trip back and fourth on previous days and had not paid more than R100. He said no, it was definetley between R150-R200 to which I responded we should rely on the meter (R10 p/km). He agreed and I requested we take the fastest route possible, we started on the journey. I then noticed that he took a route that would take longer to ensure that the meter amount would increase due to the longer distance. I asked him why and he immediately got defensive and aggressive and demanded that I exit the cab. I told him that I want to phone the company and tell them he is kicking me out of the cab and leaving me in the middle of the street - one which I'm not fami**** with...AT NIGHT. He continued to be verbally abusive as I made the call and demanded R10 (amount showing on the meter). I told the operator that he was threatening me and getting increasingly violent to which he said out loud "Yes I am. Get out and give me my money!". He got on the radio and said something to the effect "This lady must get out and give me my money, she doesn't want to pay." As I continued to ask for assistance because of his threats, he even emphasised that I am small on the radio, which to me seemed like a direct threat to physically removing me himself from the vehicle before I was done speaking to the operator. I got out and the stood waiting for another taxi...He had left me somewhere on Adderley street this was all around 19:45.
