Terrible suppliers!

<p>I am a teacher at Muriel Brand School in Brakpan. Our school's athletes are divided into learning disabled athletes and physically disabled athletes. I am the sports organizer for the learning disabled athletes. We had our championships for athletics on the 18 March, It is the equivalent of SA's, and it is a huge honour for our learners to attend. I had five athletes who were competing on that day. We had to order the clothes for them at a company situated in Groenkloof Pretoria called 'Sport Supplies'. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. Whenever you try to phone them, the lines are disconnected. The person in charge could not give me answers about my athlete's clothes and when it would be delivered. Eventually when I got through the person told me that my clothes would be delivered the Thursday at the school. Nothing came, then they told me that it would definitely be delivered by Friday, we were competing on the Saturday. I am running around like a crazy person trying to phone and find out what time my clothes will be deliverd. Finally someone contacted me and said I would have to collect my clothes on the morning of the event at another school's team manager. The next morning we go to collect the clothes and the sizes are all wrong, and have to be swaped and exchanged. All the athletes had were their running shorts, ski pants and running vests, NO tracksuits. The tracksuits supposedly would be deliverd during the next week(after the event). The next week I phone and ask what's going on, and they tell me it might be deliverd only in the next term!! Meanwhile our disabled athletes went to Port Elizabeth during the school holidays for their SA's, and they had to order their clothes through the same company. The people told them they would courier their clothes to P.E. because once again it was not finished on time. When they got their clothes, the tracksuits were my learning disabled athletes' tracksuits with the wrong logo on as well. I am so dissappointed with this company. There is enough stres on these events, you don't need to be worried about something like the clothes as well.</p>
