Service not met

Please help, I was in Cape Town for time off I used SportShuttle for my travelling and had no problems until my day to return to Jhb. We call them 17:30 they confirmed that they do not have any car available but asked to give 15mins which we did and they called within 15mins confirming that we will get a driver to pick us up to the airport which never happened after 30mins we called them and they said the drive is on his way we kept on calling them saying the drive is at the gate which was false information and also called them they said they trying to get hold of the drive, we called they said the drive is having problems with his phone it was lower.we missed our flight had to book at the hotel had to book a flight for the flowing day the driver only arrived 21:30pm and our flight was 19:30pm, the following day we booked them to pick us up to them it was business as usual we had to pay them again for the trip to the airport which we did. I trust I will be help in terms of the expensess we had to carry because of them. Thank you Nkosana
