Blacklisted with sport and fitness Alberton

<p>I discovered that l have been blacklisted by sport and fitness Alberton, l haven't joined them at all and l haven't even a day set my foot there, but they blacklisted without signing a contract, to make things worse when looking call their account department and give my name and identity number they say they like don't appear in their systems, so my question how do l go about clearing my name with them, as they seem to go about robbing people </p> <p> </p>
