Faulty car key replacement

I ordered for a new key from this service provider, within a few days the key wasn’t working, then i received an incomplete key, we had a fall out and i left them alone now less than 3months later their key is not working again, i cant reach him even though his invoice has a 1 year warranty. Dont use their services they are unprofessional and rude.
