Worst customer service ever
Worst experience ever!!! First we waited more than a month for delivery. Then we found out a few weeks later after bying a R1000+ worth of different mycelium, instead of blue, yellow and pink oyster mushrooms mycelium that we ordered and paid for, we only got King oyster. Even though they marked the syringes blue, yellow and pink. Sent multiple e-mails regarding their mistake - not a single reply! Their Facebook doesn't work, probably had too many negative remarks on it. Highly dissatisfied with their utterly poor customer service

28 Mar 2022, 08:18Customer left review after replacements was sent. Everyone makes mistakes. The spies in question was on the customer order list. We don't point fingers but could very well be a mix-up on their side. Still we replaced no questions asked.
