Well, let me tell from Zero to HERO in 2023!

The replacement batch of Grain kits has just been received by Courier Guy and is perfect and ready for inoculation.

The previous batch was all in order except the one infected pot I reached out to you about. You asked for a pic two days later, and two days after that I received confirmation that a replacement medium was onroute to me. What great improvement in your customer service and communication. The other products you supp**** were perfect and the syringes used to inoculated the first batch are growing mycelium as I type this. Top marks guys!
