Spore Spot has no integrity

I placed an order in February. Tracking was provided from South Africa to Mexico. I didn't get my order. I requested for a replacement or refund. They ghosted me. $200 for nothing. There are too many legitimate businesses with good customer service to risk for undelivered promises. I should have researched further before ordering from them. Expensive lesson.
