Spoilt experience at Spoilt Green Eco-spa

Being on the premises of the Drakensberg Sun Hotel, one would expect this spa to be on par with their service excellence. However to say that our experience was terrible would be an understatement! My daughter & I booked for a head, neck & back massage on the 27th of February. We were booked at the same time & I immediately noticed that my daughter's the****** didn't look well. We went into separate rooms & my massage was good, but upon enquiring from my daughter about hers, she said it was horrible. Her the****** coughed & sneezed the entire 45 mins. In between massaging her she was blowing her nose & then massaging her with the same hand. She could even feel droplets falling on her back when she sneezed. My daughter did tell all of this to the lady at the reception as soon as her massage was over, & she said she would look into the matter & get back to us. We waited for her response, but she didn't and after phoning quite a few times the owner called us the next afternoon to say that they had checked all of their staff & they were not sick. This is my opinion : when we phoned to book our massage, we got the last time slot available, so quite obviously they were very busy. They didn't have enough the******s, so knowing that she was sick they allowed her to carry on working. The lady at reception asked my daughter why she didn't walk out during her massage, but why was she allowed to work in the first place, especially with the covid virus being so ramp this was totally unacceptable! My daughter has a compromised immune system & she has two toddlers, so if she had gotten sick i would have taken this matter to the lawyers!!! The least that they could have done was to give us a refund on her massage or a complimentary massage with a different the****** but I suppose when you are money hungry then nothing matters. Our experience at the Spoilt Green Eco-spa was truly that -SPOILT!!! NB. If I could have given them a minus rating I would have, but even the one star they don't deserve
