spoilt instead of spoil

<p> I had my hair done with natalia at the chatsworth branch 4 days ago,</p> <p>I asked for blonde cap streaks. As she was doing it i asked her if it will look full she said yes.</p> <p>Before she could wash it off i asked will it be bright she said yes. I understood she couldnt go pure blonde, however after it was washed i still couldnt see any differance in my hair. When asked why there was no difference noted, natalia advised that the blonde was there it was just a bit dark in the room and therefore it could not be viewed. She also set my hair, which literally took her less than 2 minutes( i assume this was due to the fact that her family was waiting for her to finish work to take her home and she was rushing) and even after asking her to do it again it still wasnt up to par. I didn’t walk out feeling like i walked out of a salon. I had to go home and reset my hair and i figured i dnt know about hair so maybe the color needs to settle in but 2 days later and my hair still looks like it did before i went a salon. This is disappointing and unacceptale. I paid for servce and i expected just that,instead i got my time and money wasted</p> <p>I decided to go with spoil yourself because i have seen the adverts on the net and facebook and it seemed reputable but unforyunately i am terribly dissapointed and to natalia that did my hair i may have just been another client so it wont make a differenace to her but for me or anyone else in my place it’s a real issue as i have to now go and get my hair redone somewere else and again pay a fee.</p> <p>I did not feel spoiled at all, i felt my hair was infact spoilt instead.
