Poor service and attitude

There was a broken window that needed to be replaced so Spoedglas were asked to come replace it. 2 days later they had not come. When asked why not then Hugo said he was sorry but he had forgotten about it. Then they came to look at the window and measure it and went off again. They returned later and replaced the widow but I wasn't there at the time. When I checked the job I saw that the sealing rubbers on the outside of the glass between the glass and the aluminium frame were missing in places and broken in other places. They had used the old damaged rubbers when they should have used new rubbers. I phoned them and asked why the job was not done properly. Pierre asked me what was wrong with the job so I told him about the rubbers. He said they would come back immediately to fix it, but they did not come. When I phoned Pierre again he said they would come the following day. When I asked why the job was not checked properly he got impatient with me and said the call was taking too long and hung up! I won't ever use them again.
