SPM PTY LTD are Rude, Cannot maintain Sectional Title Units security concerns

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am owner at Silkwood complex,. For the past year and a half I have one complaint after the other regarding the dust coming into my house, grown up kids playing soccer with the hard ball and polluting the ground with dust, and infants are getting hit by the soccer ***** . Concerns and complaints were handed over to the caretaker and the current person in charge of the complex and it seems that these have fallen on deaf ears. I am particularly concerned as there are families with small children (including ourselves), and this problem seems to getting worse by the day. We also find that complex is not maintained well , The Managing agents are being rude by not responding to my numerous emails /calls in regards to the concerns/issues I have raised.

I have sent Numerous emails to SPM Pty Ltd ( Elche Erasmus, Paul Erasmus, Kobus Erasmus, ***), concerning health issues which my family is facing because of the dust coming in to my house(as my unit is close to play yard).I have requested Managing agents to look into the concerns but they are disrespecting me by ignoring my emails and calls. I Have questioned them why should we pay Levy’s if they don’t take care of my concerns in the complex, they didn’t respond to that email as well. They are only worried about the amounts they want from us , but not all worried about the issues which family is facing in the complex.

It would be in the best interest of the Trustees to address and resolve this matter as soon as possible to avoid further complaints and issues arising as a result of this infestation. I would also like to suggest SPM Pty ltd is not at all taking accountable for the cleanliness of our complex,
