Splush wont replace faulty Kardashian hair iron

In December 2015 just before Christmas I purchased the Kardashian Beauty 3 in 1 Hair Iron from Splush. Because Splush doesnt let you test the hair iron before purchasing, I had to rely on research from reviews. Upon purchasing the iron I asked if i wasn't happy would I get a refund and the consultant advised no, but I could exchange for any other product within the time frame. At first I was very happy with it except for the fact that three months later the outer plates began to heat up regardless of it being on the \smooth\" only setting which is meant to only heat up the inner plates and the iron began to smoke even when on a low heat. The outer plates heating up incorrectly has resulted in a number of burns to my scalp and fingers The warranty states two years and that should you not be in Texas, USA the retail store should replace it with a new iron. Splush refuses to do so or assist with repairing the iron. They just referred me to [Email Removed] but the reason you buy stuff at Splush is because it is supposed to be a reputable retailer and because you trust the product to live up to the warranty attached. I understand they dont make the iron but they sold me one is faulty"
