I sent a message through this company’s Whatsapp platform. I was enquiring about their service and how to make a booking for a kid’s party. I was met with coldness and hostility. The person on the other side was short and cold and gave me an attitude. I do not think this is how one engages with customers or potential business. I even felt that I am perhaps not their market because i spoke English. I bet if I spoke Afrikaans the outcome and engagement would have been more positive.
