they didn't update old accounts as per request and jumping to closed the case without investigating

1 very bed services i lodged the dispute with one of my account wonga and they ignored my dispute until wonga update the account, however now there is debt collectors that listed me when i log a dispute they telling me that their investigation is closed, they never investigate that debt collectors, 2. i also lodged the dispute with them for old mutual a count that it has more than 18 month without update so for that the account must be removed or updated, they only rep**** to me with the feedback from oldmutual with voice note, that was fine ,my query with splendit is why they didn't update the account that has more that 18 month as it still show null, why not payed up, closed, ok,30,90, or 150, instead of null please i want all oldmutual account to be updated as closed. because all those accounts are closed from all south African credit ITC company only on your site is active, and am surprised because around march it was also showing closed what happen now.
