Terrible Customer Service

I keep getting notifications saying someone has opened an account using my details. Every time I try and log in I get an error, the support is the worst I've come across, they just send you a link to upload a selfie, which has already been done, and then you still can't get into the account to check what's happening with your info. Seems like the company is a **** too
