Stop reporting false information
I was sequestrated on 11 November 2019. My sequestration date was captured as 11 November 2022. I have tried on several occasions to have this amended. However, each time I get told that it has been amended , which is a lie. My sequestration ended on 11 November 2024 as the retention period as per the NCR is 5 year or rehabilitation, not both. They are refusing to correct my date and to remove the flag. I have been told to consult with the NCR which I already did and I was told that I have a right to have correct information reflect under my profile, yet these people are denying me that right. Retention periods were published by the NCR in June 2022 under this link. https://www.ncr.org.za/index.php/8-latest-news/128-keep-your-credit-bureau-record-clean-regardless-of-the-rising-cost-of-living Transunion updated my date and removed the flag automatically after 5 years as per the NCR. I don't understand what's wrong with Splendi. The information that you are reporting is not mine so stop reporting it under my profile!!!!
