Removel of debt review flag and missed payments history under clearance certificate.

I have received my clearance certificate and paid up letters more then 3 months ago and still my credit profile is still not updated according my clearance certificate and the debt review flag removed. When I dispute my credit profile / information I am informed that it is my debt review counselor responsibility to instruct to update. My debt review counselor has assured me numerous times that it has been forwarded. But still my credit profile is not updated according my clearance certificate. Very frustrated and unhappy customer.
