Not consumer friendly
Never updates consumer profile and cannot challenge credit report as the tabs redirects to home page or shows error message... Should have never registered as I now cannot delete the account.

If you as a financial service can provide creditors with my report, why can't you not investigate and update the comsumer profiles correctly... Your response is just a courtesy not a conclusive action to deal with my issue.

04 Jan 2021, 10:17Normally one would fill in the information on those forms on Splendi now due to the technical difficulties we offered a temporary solution which is filling in the forms manually which is the forms they sent you these forms allow the dispute agent to obtain your information and investigate your issue
