Can't organise a **** up in a brewery!

How many Splendi staff does it take to correct and update the system? No-one knows because it has NEVER been done!!!!!! For a year, I have been trying to get you to update the system with the CORRECT information which I have sent through to you countless times. I have sent all the documents, affadavits, forms, proof, etc time and time again for PAID UP or non-existent accounts, yet this **** still shows on my credit profile!!! When on earth are you actually going to do your job??? Or must I simply forget about ever purchasing a car? It is only because of the **** information on my credit report with yourselves that I am stuck without transport! What will it actually take for you to finally do something? Must I go to court? And are you going to cover the costs? Nedbank credit card - NEVER existed! Standard Bank credit card - PAID UP EIGHT YEARS AGO! Direct Axis - PAID UP TEN YEARS AGO! Update your freaking system with the information you have received from me time and time again or I will be taking you to court and reporting you to the relevant authorities for failing to adhere to the NCR act!

Hi there. As per the email sent to you where we were copied in, an XDS agent rep**** to you on 07 April 2021 10:49, they requested an affidavit and 10 signatures. You responded with only 3 signatures. If the affidavit and 10 signatures were then sent afterward and you did not copy us in, please forward us the email with the attachments so that we can sort this out for you.

If you recall, after being seriously injured after a drunk driver hit us, I was left in a wheelchair and could not get to the police station for the affidavit. I did submit the required information, but this is the first time that TEN signatures have been requested thus the submission of the original three. PS. After the accident, my handwriting and signature has changed due to the nerve damage. So now what?

PPS. I have just checked the email which you referred to and there is NO mention of the number of signatures, etc. However, you did tell me to get an affidavit from a company where I NEVER worked - how is this possible???

Hi Janet, sorry to hear and hope you are recovering well. XDS clearly stated it in their email - please see the screenshot below and I have forwarded it to you as well. Your most recent signature written 10 times on a page should be fine.
Please respond to the email with the required documentation so your dispute can be logged.
