Superb, extraordinary customer service

Splashworks are importers of sanitary ware. Unknowing that one needed a special tool to remove the aerator, I destroyed it in the process. On requesting the supplier to order me a new aerator and the tool, I was informed that no spares were available from the importer. I've sent an email to the person listed on the website and to this day had no response. Out of frustration I called Splashworks in Kaya Sands, Johannesburg. My call was answered by AMANDA PAKADE. This lady gives, "customer service, friendliness, attitude, going the extra mile and feedback"a total new meaning! Amanda rep**** to me immediately, She sent me follow-up mails almost on a daily basis, spoke to the suppliers, provided product codes etc etc etc. All while I could actually "feel"the proudness in her work and customer satisfaction comes naturally. She is a real brand ambassador. Often, customers change brands because of the unavailability of spares ( Builder's Warehouse and K Carrim's imports of inferior quality comes to mind.) Firstly, I want to thank Amanda for assisting me to keep a very difficult customer happy. Secondly, I would like to congratulate her and wish her all the best for the future. May your whole "works persona"be acknowledged and may you still reach the hieghts you so dearly deserve. Splashworks, Even in the darkness of loads-shedding , you have a SHINING STAR!!
