Splash Pool service

hellopeter. Please alert people not to use Splash Pools. I was promised a swimming pool to be sorted with a 10 year guarantee but my swimming pool is still a mess and cannot understand the guarantee yet since my swimming pool is not in a working condition. I must get another person to help me to sort the leaking swimming pool and have now additional cost. The contractor refuse to answer my phone calls, sm's or even what's up.
