Bad installation from start

Would have rates 0 stars but no option. Please dont make use of this company. Worst service provider in SA. And the person selling in Mpumalanga Secunda area, no go. Made a ****** up on first day, had to re install a new one. After a few years the pool was sagging and made a bubble. The tiles and grout was a disaster. I had to nag for them to come and fix it and had to pay for it again, 6 months later worse than worse. Got a new contractor. There was no proper reinforcing on the side, due to clay ground. He didnt do the tiles properly, new contractor is laying a 200mm concrete floor and is re leveling pool, fixing the return pipes that was leaking due to bad design. Please rather support penquinpools or any other contractor. Stay away from splashpool. You wont like the work after 3 years. I have years of photos as proof and emails and whatsapp messages. So believe me
