Splashcuzzi Pools - East London
The whole experience so far has left a very bad taste in my mouth, I am so stressed about a half built, fully paid pool in my backyard, with a no-show for almost three weeks now. Pointless to try and phone this guy, he just don't answer or becomes very arrogant and dismissive about ones concerns. There is zero communication from his side. My house is a complete mess with building sand blowing everywhere, I have never had to deal with a contractor this bad.

19 Feb 2024, 13:10Here we are 2 weeks on, nothing has changed re any work done on our pool, have not seen hide nor hair of Andre Coetzee, dodging all calls as per usual. We have also now figured out that he quotes under the Splashcuzzi Pools name, but when invoicing he uses Andre's Pools. We have spoken to the main Splashcuzzi branch in PE, who said they are litigating him as well for monies owed, and that he is committing ***** in using their name and brand, as he is no longer part of their company. We were also able to locate some of his workers, who have apparently not been paid by Andre for the three days work done for us. They also mentioned that he "ran away" from three other customers pools they were busy with. They said they are no longer working for him, which means this guy does not have a working business anymore, as he did not once physically do anything at the building site but just drop off the guys and pick them up. He also does not have any transport currently, apparently his work bakkie blew its engine!!! I am personally at a loss for words in describing of what I think of this human being, he stole our hard saved money from us without blinking, blabbing about Karma and that he is a honorable business owner - well, we have certainly been had by a real "Boere Verneuker"!
