Poor planning; zero feedback and no financial transparancy

My experience with Splashcuzzi pools has been absolutely poor, to the point where i am now forced into taking legal actions to recoup costs paid in full for a now incomplete project which has left my entire rear property unusable. There was a 90% deposit requested upfront, + a further 10% immediately on project start, which in my case seemed to have been spent on everything except my pool completion. The businesses only vehicle asset broke 19 of Jan, for which i obviously had empathy, but its now the 05th of Feb. and the business owner seems to expect me to make plans for him to now get the work done myself. he says he will do it but can not verbalize a plan either in writing or in the form of a phone call. Daily we lock up our guard dogs and leave to the property unsecured for easy contractor access, with nobody arriving to finish the work. Daily I have to reach out to try to understand, only to have my calls dropped and zero communication back.
