Bad service equals scarred legs for life

<p>I visited the salon for the third time to get my legs waxed. Was the most painful experience as the the****** decided to tweeze out some ingrowns on my legs. I eventually told her to stop as it felt like a crab nipping me. when i got home a few hours later, i saw that my legs were scarred in more than 20 spots...she literally had been plucking bits of my skin off. I went back the very next day to show them what had happened. The the****** was rude and defensive yet i was the one sitting with scarred legs. And the manager/owner whomever she was seemed was also unapolegtic and concentrated on her the******s feelings. At one point a had to take a call so i walked away, yet in the background the manager was apologising to the the****** as to what happened and that she was so sorry that i had to come back. The scars on my legs did not seem to shift them. Three weeks later im riddled with scars and least to say i will never go back there ...not even to use the full leg wax voucher i was given.</p>
