Splash bad food and service

We were on a family vacation and we visited splash for dinner..ohh my word we waited two hours to eat. The fish was off and the ribs were not cooked properly. However the pizza was excellent. Second day we went for breakfast and the worst happened. The waiter was babalased and gave us wrong orders. My omlett was burnt and the toast was cold. My brother found hair in his hair. Did I mention that we were here just before half past 9 and we are at 11:00. White folks that came after us were served first .the service was very bad as well as the food. the chefs are not professionals at all. Hygiene is not observed at all.
