Do not hire from Splash Events

I hosted an event and hired a marquee and eight white table cloths from Splash Events. The day before the event they set up an extremely dirty marquee and gave me four white table cloths and then four table cloths that were completely different in size to the others and had patterns on them. As a result of this I had to source other table cloths the day of the event. Splash Events refuses to refund me, despite evidence that I never used their table cloths and clearly wouldn’t have, as the table cloths looked ridiculous. They also refuse to acknowledge any faults on their side, which I think is very unprofessional, seeing as they caused this whole mess. Would definitely not recommend them if you’re planning on hosting an event.
