NO REFUND FROM SPITZKKOPE TENTED CAMP

STC-19011-005 This trip was booked and paid for in 2019 for 4 people. Unfortunately we where due to go in March 2020 but all borders where closed because of COVID. Since then we have contacted them on a monthly bases about a refund without any success. One promise of a refund, no action. This is NOT A GOOD INDICATION AS TO HOW NAMBIA IS HANDLING ITS TOURISM INDUSTRY. Be very careful.
