DISGUSTING SERVICE AT SPITZ EAST GATE.

The staff in SPITZ East Gate Mall are absolutely rude and unhelpful. My dad needed assistance returning an item which he purchased 4 days ago but had lost the receipt. He was told that if he takes a shoe that is cheaper than the remainder of money from the oringally purchased shoe will be forfeited. The cashiers was arrogant and showed blatant disrespect. While, he was trying to explain that his information is on the system because he lay bought the item and to understand why a big sum of money is been forfeited , the cashier was seeing to other customers, completely ignoring him. He then asked to speak to the Manger, the cashier kept ignoring and then clicked her tongue saying the manager is busy. Poor service, will not purchase from that Spitz because of arrogance and laziness.
