Stay away from this very ********* company

<div>I placed an order with this company and then cancelled my order 3 hours later. This was on the 30/11/2023. I had made full payment but explained that I could not go ahead due to budgetary constraints. Their salesperson informed me that it would not be a problem at all and that a full refund would be issued within 1 week. After no refund being received after 2 months, they then proceeded to inform me that they would deduct 25% due to their admin functions that had been performed. I'm not sure what admin functions they could have performed when a payment was made at 16h30 and then cancelled at 19h30, on the same day. Their refund policy states that a refund can take up to 60 days. They counted the start of the 60 days from 31/01/2024, which would make my 75% refund due by the 31/03/2024. I am frustrated, angry and disappointed to have to tell you that no refund has been issued, 75% or otherwise and they do not answer any calls or messages. It is clear that they have no intention of paying any part of my R6 600 back. Please do not do any business with this highly *********&nbsp; company.</div>
