Spit Braai Pro poor service

Overall a very unpleasant experience. We decided on a spit braai for Xmas to take away the stress from having to cook and clean with extended family & friends joining us. Booking was made well in advance. Chef arrived on the day without our crockery & cutlery. No extra gas or stove or braai to make the food except for 1 rotisserie for which the motor burnt out not even half way through cooking the lamb. We had to rush around trying to organize extra gas & stove, own cutlery & crockery. Had to provide pots as well which were burnt. Menu provided was not what was ordered and paid for. Tried to get a hold of the owners on numerous occasions. No reply or response to calls or messages. Not even an apology. On paper the menu was excellent. End result poor. Even 1 star for this experience is high.
