Disappointing service

I am utterly disappointed in the service I received. We booked them to cater our wedding.

1. The food was an hour late. 2. They didn't bring enough plates for the starters (which then had to be served with the main- if I knew this beforehand I wouldn't have ordered the staters as it defeats the purpose of a starter.) 3. Numerous guests complained about raw chicken. 4. The peppermint crisp tart wasn't set properly. It was liquid and could obviously not be served.

When we brought this to Callum's attention, we were assured a response will be received ASAP. I'm still waiting.

No responses to emails. No refunds (as promised by Simon) nothing.

Very disheartening and disappointing.
