The Best Catering Team I’ve Worked With

I’ve used Spit Braai Catering for four events since 15 December, with the most recent being a 200-guest function on 9 February and I genuinely wish I had written this review sooner!

The food is consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and always a hit with guests. But what truly sets this team apart is their attitude and service. The chefs go out of their way to assist with anything that’s needed, not just the catering itself.

At my event on the 9th, our bartender didn’t arrive and we were short on cleaning staff. Without hesitation or complaint, the Spit Braai team stepped in. They helped with bartending, carving the lamb, clearing bottles, tidying up whatever needed to be done. They saw a gap and filled it. That level of initiative and professionalism is rare.
