Terrible service

I went to Spitz to pay my account, I waited for a while before I actually received some help. Eventually one rude guy without a name tag came and opened his hand for me to give him my cards. I then asked him how much am I supposed to pay? He did not respond, asked him again but still no response. Okay, a minute later he asks me how much am I paying, I then asked him how can he ask that when I had asked him a couple of times how much do they need and he just ignored me. He then tells me he is doing me a favour by helping me because he was still busy with somebody else. I told him to stop being rude as he is the one who opened his hand for my cards, I did not just give them to him. Poor customer service and very rude.
